At Juniper Boutique, we want you to love your curated pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed via email.
